i purchased the above mentioned item: fishing reel which came defected. The seller agreed to refund me 50% of the price however he asked me to clsoe the case before as he couldn't refund me before I close the case. i waited for the case to be closed which was esterday. Now the seller has not refunded me back. what can i do please? I am very angry on this seller and i would like full refund as i can't trust this guy. He should be ashamed of him sell and for being disrespectfull to ebay buyers. Please assist.
