Why can I not leave negative feedback if a item I had bought was not sent and I had to start a complaint to eBay about it, the item did not arrive by the time it should have done. I paid on the 3rd of Jan it said I will receive the item by the 10th I contacted the seller via eBay and they said it had been sent by 48hr post. When I got back in touch with them asking for a tracking number it said the post office did not have that number, then the next day the seller said it was in the post but it showed it wasn't posted until the 13th of Jan. So I should have the right to leave negative feedback.
