I have someone who bought 3 items from me a month ago. They have now contacted me saying they are leaving bad feedback due to a bleach stain. However there was no bleach stain to start with I feel he is doing this to get a refund. We're do I stand with this as I don't want bad feedback but also know nothing was wrong with tracksuit and why has it taken a month to notice?
