As a regular buyer on Ebay I have on occasion (even after giving excellent feedback to the seller) not received any feedback from the sellers. I always pay immediately.
I presently have 4 sellers that I have purchased goods from a couple of weeks or so ago. I paid immediately and find myself having to email them to ask for my feedback?
One has replied and said "their feedback is done automatically by Ebay" does anyone know if this is true because as a buyer why should you have to give feedback first for the seller who might not even bother to give you feedback which is what has happened to me on a couple of occasions.
I would email Ebay but this facility no longer exists (what a joke) and if you ask for a call back it just doesn't happen. Thanks for any advice.
