Feedback from members not showing

Hi,

I have had a few successful sales and purchases recently go through and duly left my feedback for the eBay members. When checking for a return feedback from them I see that none have been made.

I do think feedback is important so I normally send out a kind request to the relevant members to leave a feedback when convenient for them to do so.

It has come to light that these members have already left feedback not long after the transaction. Their feedback logo has been duly filled meaning all is complete.

Thing is, their feedback is not showing on my account and my feedback logo for receipt of their feedback is still blank/not filled.

Any ideas anyone?

Feedback is voluntary, so no one has to leave it, although annoying when they don't.

Buyers can only receive positive feedback, so if they are a nightmare, seller won't leave any.

If you pester buyers to leave it for you as a seller, you may get bad comments, so best to just accept you don't always get any.
