I brought phone of someone for present it came I looked at phone sent it to nephew for bday. His got back to me to say he returned it but it's not coming on his charged it all nite but it's not charged. I've contacted seller telling them that they've contacted me back saying it was in full working order n that I should try charging it coz battery was very low. I've got back to them saying it's not charging still and not again heard back from them . What shall I do I paid approx £62
