I purchased a pack of toothbrush heads in June, but we did not open them for use until recently.
We used three of the four, and of these three, two fell apart during use, while one is in the process of coming apart.
I replaced them with some from the supermarket, and on comparing them, they are different and I wonder if they are counterfeit.
Ebay have removed the listing.
I have requested a refund from the seller, but have not received a response. It is outside of the 30 day window so I suppose I have no redress?
Luckily none of us swallowed any of he parts when he heads came apart.
