Fast and Free

Hi,

I buy and sell quite a bit on eBay and nothing infuriates me more than sellers offering Fast and Free postage only to get the cheapest postage option and still after 10 days no item has turned up!! If Fast and Free postage is offered on eBay then rules should apply, that is first class or equivalent and posted out within 24 hours! These people who send out anything other than this give Amazon a good name and eBay a really poor reputation. Rant over!!!!

But seriously I offer Fast and Free on my products, a small parcel, it costs by Royal Mail First Class signed for £4.40 usually arrives next day. Or if I go for second class I save .50p but it could take up to 5 days to arrive. So can eBay set a rule that if you offer Fast and Free it is by first class or equivalent, is that fair?

Cheers
