Discrepancy in Paypal payments due to Global Shipping

Hi I ahve sold an item to a buyer in the USA and we ahve ahd several email discussions as I ahve not received the full amount that I expected because for some reason I ahve been opted into the Global Shipping Programme which I did not agree too.

 

I have already refunded the amount that was sent through to my paypal account, but this leaves the buyer short of change.

 

I do not want to carry on dealing with this buyer due to rudeness and trying to bully me into agreeing things. How do you get the Global shipping amount reimbursed when it has nothing to do with you in the first place???
