If the seller uploaded tracking that proved delivery to your address then the case would have closed in the seller's favour. If the tracking shows that the item is still in transit to you then that might explain why there is a review. Give eBay their 48 hours but if the item hasn't arrived then phone customer support and ask for your full refund.
