Hi good people of ebay.
I bought a paint stripper/heat gun.
As soon as it arrived I opened it up, all looked well and correct.
I opened the manual and it's in another language, (uk seller), no English options.
I checked it over and all ways as should be, On/Off switch/trigger.
Suddenly, not 30 seconds into use, a crackle noise, then i turned it off, looked it over, must have been dust.
Turned it back on and sudeenly it combisted into flames. I turned it off and it still a glow; blew the flame out.
I sat it in the kitchen sink to where it melted the heat area and has become a mess.
I have emailed the seller but no reply as yet.
Any ideas on how to report a saftey issue to ebay.
