I made a mistake in a purchase I made and contacted the seller, who said they would cancel the order. But I had to cancel my purchase.
I looked on the help menu and was told I had to contact the seller, which I did.
Now the money has been taken from my account and when I queried this with the seller, I was told I had to cancel the order.
What have I done wrong, or what else do I need to do?
