Hello eBay, so I want to purchase some items but every time I have been trying to add my card details as I don't have a PayPal account not do I want one I can't because it says I have to either change my email or card number and it's getting really frustrating. Because I want to buy then now. I have been putting it off for days now and that I can't it's really annoying. It there anyway you can help me fix this?
