A buyer has returned an item originally stating Item Not as Described.
This was not the case, and he has now agreed to this.
How can the Defect be removed by ebay? I have contacted them (Report a Buyer) but have not had a reply?
Feedback has not been left.....I have the Defect because they actioned a Return for Item Not as Described.
