What to do?? Buyer has said she has paid (sent a screen shot of paid screen) not Paid on my seller account and no paypal payment received. I've asked for paypal transaction number and status of transaction on paypal too. Has anyone seen this before. I've asked buyer to check email address that payment has been sent to. I've checked our linked email address it it is 100% correct. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
