I had an item on a 7 day auction, it sold and I contacted the winner but had no reply, I contacted them again and he asked how to pay for postage. The item was sold as collection only and it clearly states this. I have since explained that it's collection only and had no reply. It's been over a week since the auction ended and I don't know what to do next.
