I have 'sold' an item to a buyer, who has paid via PayPal. However after a week they have not contacted me regarding collection.
What is the process from here?

I have emailed and left a voice mail for the buyer but still no joy in getting a reply from them.
How long before should I leave it before re-listing the item?
