Hi I have a request for full refund, from buyer who has worn the shirt two times and when washed he says the label was glued on and came off in the wash. The shirt was sold along with a burberry jumper which was perfect. I have emailed him and explained that I bought the shirt from ebay and my husband wore it a few times..it always washed well, as new in fact, we were very happy with the quality of the shirt didn,t even think it was a fake. I was sorry he was not happy with shirt and offered him £10.00 but I can not seem to refund as I get the message parameters missing can someone help please..thanks Nan
