I ordered a gas soldering kit from a UK seller when it arrived and my husband went to use it the gas was leaking out of the sides and he almost burnt his hands I returned the item and paid the postage they then sent me and new one but when it and raised the box was battered and this one won't even get hot so once again it's faulty do I still have to pay postage to return it ? And can I get a full refund as neither item was working ?
