Returns

An item went faulty months after I bought it. I contacted the seller who agreed to refund me if I opened a returns case with eBay. But when I click return item it says I can no longer use that service and must contact the seller directly instead. But the seller will only go through eBay. Why can't I go through the usual returns procedure?

Your too late for ebay to help you have 30 days and that is it, seller either has no clue what their doing or their fobbing you off, try opening a case with paypal, you would have to pay the return postage, not sure how you would get on, give it a try.
