Does anyone have a working telephone number for myHermes? My package (booked and paid for on 12 Oct for collection on 14th) has not been collected and I have contacted myHermes by email on their Contact Us link only to receive a non-reply email back saying "We apologise, but are unable to deal directly with you regarding your parcel enquiry. Please contact the company with whom you placed your order." !!!!!???? The telephone number I have (013479581***) is not recognised!

Just had some antique books arrive today that were sent by Hermes. They were left outside in the rain, the box they were sent in fell apart when I picked it up it was so wet, luckily the books are intact but I intend to pursue Hermes for some form of compensation. When I tracked my order it said parcel left in secure location. I hardly think stood in front of my car on the drive in the rain is very secure!!!!! It pi**sses me off that these books have happily lasted over 100 years, yet are nearly destroyed by some inept courier company. From now on I will be insisting that none of my deliveries use Hermes.

my parcel should have been picked wednesday im still waiting , the only contact is through electronic e mail which is slow and tedious and not human, ive tried the contact number to no avail , is this a sign another business is going to the wall, ill probably get bad feedback from my buyer as the package will arrive much later than promised thanks to my heremes.

Well, my customer has missed their delivery 3 times (the 3rd time they claimed, waited in all day, but they only were left with a calling card!)
My point, is now that I'm trying to contact My Hermes, to find out what I can do, either, re-schedule for the customer or request the item be sent back to me. I plan to use Royal Mail, as at least they can leave the parcel at the local post depot for the customer to collect the item itself.
Will probably have to receive bad feedback from the customer and refund monies. Contacting My Hermes is slow and virtually expensive to call up.
Probably first & last time I use them for ebay items. It's not worth the hassle and frustration to use these guys - cheap as it is!

Never use Hermes..!apparently they tried to deliver twice according to tracking online delivery but never left a leaflet behind,considering they alway deliver during the working hours its pointles to try to re deliver every five days same time!they answerphone says they are open till half 8pm but if you call at 8.25 pm theier offices are closed!so i spent money on something i will never get!worst company ever!

Good old Rosie coming to the rescue!!!!! I dint think it possible but old herpes customer support is worse than their handling.They have given up responding to my complaints
Finally the Royal Mail battleship is coming out of the harbour having now recognised that online retailing is a major profit centre r buisness.I think the ony reason ebay customers dont use Royal Mail isthat you cant do it online or use paypal which has allowed dresdful operaters like my hermes to flourish

Does anyone have a free phone number for myhermes?
I have been waiting for days for an item to be delivered from them. It's been one excuse after another.
The lastest excuse (Courier couldn't deliver as they can't gain access to my house!) I live on a country lane. My house is along the road. I have a huge driveway! I have no way of prohibiting access!!!
I wouldn't advise anyone to use this courier service.

some thing you can do is complain to the ffair trading offfice,
or to trading standheard,
DO NOT USE HERMES....THERE OVER THE WATER.THERE NO A UK COMPANY.
DO NOT TRUST ENY OF THE DEPO S YOUR ITEM WILL BE A MESS.
LOST ITEMS ARE PUT IN A CAGE.AND SOLD OF IN TIME.
CHECK THE DEPO OUT FOR YOUE SELF.

I am currently emailing Hermes at the moment as my parcel i paid for was meant to be picked up yesterday, their answer was " Unfortunately you have used DPD and emailed us at Hermes by mistake " My paypal receipt clearly states HERMES, and I do not have a DPD account... they are clearly giving me the runaround, I will not be using them again.

this the worst company i had to deal with contact only via email never answer.............They make excuses.and the delivery drivers some just put cardin letterbox and run,some try and leave card with there personal number on it.only ever had one good delivery from these .......REST WELL BELOW STANDARD NOR WOOD I EVER RECOMMEND these COWBOYS.FORUM PAGE FULL OF DISATISFIED CUSTOMERS.and there own drivers say this.

I concur with all of the above about MyHermes. Left a message on my door, says phone the number below if you have queries, and lo and behold....no number was left. Second attempt is on Monday and I will not be home on Monday but there's no way for me to get that message to them. So that will be two attempts. Will they leave their number the second time?....who knows.

Dreadful. I will not use them again. Trying to return an item to the retailer - it was collected but has been stuck in their central hub for 2 weeks and I'm waiting to see if they can find it or not. I managed to get the phone number from the retailer (
0871 246 1583) after giving up trying to contact them via their website (most of the email options come up with a message saying contact the retailer).
I was on hold for a good 10 mins before someone answered.
I shall stick to Royal Mail next time - you get what you pay for.

Hermes website playing up & couldn't even get their contact page up.
Have phoned there is still a fault & was told to try using google chrome. Couldn't link to ebay but at least could sign in &get my parcels sent.

My parcel was meant to be delivered on the first but they didnt get to me unitll second !and didnt even leave the card ,website is **bleep**..their answerrphone is lying and seller was reassuring me they never had issues with them ..my item will not redilever untill nineth !25£ i lost in process for a bad company with worst customer service!

I am the recipient of a MY HERMES Ebay package - it never arrived - THEY ADMITTED TO THE SELLER (She sent me proof of email that they sent her) THAT THE PARCEL WAS STOLEN IN TRANSIT
She will receive compensation (She hopes) and she has kindly reinbursed me but I didn't want the money I wanted the item. An item that will likely never come up again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (MY HERMES) TO SEND ANYTHING! BE WARNED!!
Ebay should put these messages where sellers can see - is their customer service that good - I doubt it, so more people will buy into MY HERMES.

Hi! I have same problem been in all week waiting! The tel no I have is 08712 461 483 - I have phoned numerous times
and even sent them an e.mail asking if they existed - I am sure their phones are not manned and its just a recording as
no one ever answers. Good luck I have just phoned the co.parcel is going to and they are going to (hopefully) sort it out.

Completely agree with some of the feedback in this thread - myHermes is by far THE worst company I have ever dealt with. Every organisation has customer complaints from time to time and eventually they will respond albeit you may not like the outcome.
I dispatched 3 items in early December, two sailed through and one was damaged in their depo during that fire they had at one of the regional distribution centres. My buyer reported the damage and I filed a Damage Claim with myHermes with pics from my buyer.
Following a torturous exchange of numerous emails (& I do mean numerous over a period of following 5-wks) - drip, drip each asking a specific detail about the item. I eventually asked the claim to be escalated and they reimbursed.
Issue - I am still out of pocket while I had to reimburse my buyer in full.
I have now escalated this incident 3 times. First time they did not respond at all. I called and re-issued my complaint with meticulous audit trail of dates/time and precisely what happened.
The 3rd time they finally responded and it is clear that they have not even read the full complaint otherwise they would not reject my escalation with a flimsy reason that is just so wrong.
Incidentally, in this protracted exchange of emails, once they sent me a response with personal details of a customer that had absolutely nothing to do with my complaint. The 2 incidences would not be further apart if you tried so how myHermes got them mixed up, I have no idea.
Would not touch them again, ever.
