how do i put in a complaint about a seller

i bought 2 tickets in march for a show only to find when i get there  that they have been sold to numerous people what can i do

There used to be extended buyer protection on events tickets.

 

You need to telephone customer support and ask to speak to a supervisor.

Ticket sales are all on StubHub now, although people are still trying to list them here. If you buy any here from now on you will have no buyer protection.

  if you paid by paypal you need to ring customer service  within 1-7 days after the event takes place tickets are a special case but generally you have 45 days to file a dispute and you should never let it go past that date

 

 45 days does not mean 45 days + as long as it takes which many buyers seem to think and they just lose their money in those cases

 

 foolsih to buy where tickets are not in hand its asking for trouble
