I recently asked a question relating to my business account in live chat, i was given an answer and acted based on that information.
I now find that the answer I was given was incorrect and tried in live chat to make a complaint, I keep getting told my complaint will be passed to the correct manager, however, when I ask for a contact name and address to put it in writing they are being very evasive.
Anyone know who or where I should write to?

Best bet is to call Dublin CS first thing in the mornings and expalin what has happened, maybe they can correct the mis-information you were given.
