I know someone (in fact  few different sellers) are selling reprints of posters they do not have a license to reproduce. I am not the license holder, not am I the owner of the original copyright. How to inform ebay?  

I bought two item and didn't receive them do I reported them to eBay and waited after 30 days my refund still ain't been refunded how do I get my money back

i paid for a item was devivered but it was wrong item sent told to sead back to get refund i had to pay the postage  to send it back asked for postage to be refunded  told no so because thay made the error i have to pay for it its all wrong  will not shop with ebay again its a rip off more…

When you sell something can you wait until the money has been transferred in to your account before sending the item? as this would avoid having to deal with non-payers. I haven't sold anything yet but as a buyer I always pay immediately.
