Postage & Payments

I received invoice from seller with mistake for shipping price. (The correct price is 7.5 £. The price in invoice is 7500 £ for item 150876550103. I contacted the seller, but he answered that he didn't received my invoice.

I have bought an item & payment is shown as completed on paypal but still pending (egg timer) on both my & the sellers ebay summary. How do I sort this out?

My buyer has bought 2 items and I need to post together and reduce the postage cost. Where do I go to send new invoice. Thanks

    Hi. I sold a phone for 170 + 6.50 postage. The buyer paid and 167.75 went into my PayPal. I thought this was fine as eBay had taken this as final value fees however I have just had a statement saying they are taking a further 16.99 from me for this. Please can somebody explain why? A case from customer support has now been closed where the outcome was that i was to be refunded. i was expecting a refund of £40.00. Only £11.40 has been paid into Paypal. As its a closed case now, what next?

I recently sent a parcel to a buyer who is now saying that I have posted to the wrong address, I got the adress from the 'view order detail' & also with the paypal payment, buyer says she changed it months ago, how can this happen - does any one have any ideas??

Logged on to Myhermes (courier) website - they no longer have a price for parcels weighing up to 1Kg.  Charges start at 0-2Kg at a cost of around £4.20!!  An increase of £1.20 +   Can I send a small parcel cheaper with another courier.   Thanks in anticipation.     more…

i understand the cost of the shipping but what about the cost of the box you need to buy to put stuff in and the tape to seal it.do i calculate that into the shipping cost and add it to the {say} royal mail postal cost calculated.
