I put the item for sale for 7 days ,but buyer asked me a buy it now price now ,Can I change?

I use a laptop, but since Thursday my watchers have disappeared from active selling. Gone through the normal procedure of edit,
customise click watchers and then click apply. It will not let me click apply as it is to far down the screen and I cannot raise it.
I have tried this on watch an item...

i bought a pair of girls shoes,they were meant to be size 1 but when they came one was size 1 the other size 13,the seller has ask me to return them but who pays the postage,dont see why i should be out the postage when the seller told lies about the size

I won an item yesterday but the seller requested a cancel transaction saying there was a problem with it. I accepted the cancellation but said on my report back that if I saw it relisted I would report this.

I listed an item as UK only. the purchaser was from France, he sent me a message to say he hadn't noticed this and could cancel it. Is it possible to do this? He has not paid anything yet. Will I get any charges from ebay?

Why can't I see the sellers address when I buy an item, but I can see the buyers address when I'm selling? This is not transparancy.
