i have been linked to another account,which has been suspened for non payment of fees,the account isnt mine ,not my name,bank,or paypal,how can i get the resistions on my account lifted,the other person is not me

Probably means there is another account registered at your address.

 

Any chance it could be a previous occupant? Or do you live in a house divided into flats?

 

You will have to telephone ebay and argue it out with them.

I think your postage star would be enough to get your account suspended anyway.

You need to speak direct to Ebay customer services to obtain their telephone number click on customer services and then click on customer services again, click on the contact tab and then buying in the bottom right click on rules and policy's and this will bring up all the options for you to contact them including the tel number.
