Don't leave him any feedback and for sure do not be tempted to leave him a false positive or metion the appeal case

Also be wary of newbie zero rated sellers registered in the same county as this guy

buckerooney. 'WHO DARES WINS'.  I am going through what you must have gone through. Our cases are similar, but I am awaiting the outcome. Yes, I also have received loads of help and advice. At one stage I was about to go into the bathroom to slit my wrists but was saved by those on this site. Will be happy with the same result as you.

Hi.

Yes I remember it, seller complained there was no lid, although there was never any mention of a lid, and the vase arrived back with you smashed to pieces.

Ebays original decision was well off the mark, nice to know they got it right in the end

Great!! Well done, brilliant!

I won't say it's totally restored my confidence in eBay as a seller, but it's a step in the right direction.

Does this mean that the buyer definitely won't get a refund? Or has eBay still tried to keep the buyer happy by giving the buyer a "courtesy refund" at their own expense?

If the buyer retaliates by leaving you bad feedback post here again in case there's any way you can get it removed.

buckerooney. My buyer returned a  NEW gold pen without all the original boxes. Returned wrapped up in a plastic 'Next' shopping bag. No protection whatsoever. And, the buyer expects a full refund.

you should win your case as its not sent back int he condition you sent it in, try and get an email from him saying the difference, if they go in there favour, please appeal as the fist decision is automated, the appeal is actually looked at by an ebay employer. regards
