Hi,

Need your help again!  I sold 9 items with 8 people paying straight away.  After 7 days the final bidder still hasnt paid.  Do i firstly contact them direct or just go straight to open an unpaid case?

Thanks

Hi,

Unless you have opted out, the buyer will have received a reminder to pay 2 days after listing end.

Personally I think 7 days is long enough to pay, so I would open an Unpaid Item Dispute now:

http://res.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ResolutionCenter&hc=1&hm=vo%7B2d71f%2B2l0%3Feou%3Ea2n

You will be able to close exactly 4 days after opening and the final value fee will be credited to your account, the buyer will receive a 'strike' on their account and feedback can't be exchanged.

Add non payers to your blocked bidder list:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin&&guest=1&guest=1

Set your Buyer Requirements to block bidders with 2 or more unpaid item strikes:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences&guest=1&guest=1

Thanks very much for your help.  I thought it was enough time myself but wasnt sure what was best.  I'll open unpaid case now.
