Go to your paypal account.

 

At the top of the page select withdraw money

 

Put the amount you want in the box and continue through the instructions.

 

Last time I withdrew money it was in my account within 2 hours although sometimes it takes a few days.

When you log into paypal there is a link to transfer funds, it usually takes 2-3 days or for a fee it can be quicker.

Paypal is supposed to be part of the faster payment system and transfer any cleared funds to your bank in 2 hours but often holds money for a "security check" for 24 hours.
