Sold some shoes she accused me of them being fake when they were not she has returned them for a refund but she has sent them damage by ripping the straps up on both shoes now no one can wear them and I can not re sell them ,she was so abusive nasty what can I do ,I feel she should not have a full refund for damaging my expensivechieftainloubotins ?

buyers have 45 days to ask for a refund. She has to send the item back using onlune tracking only to prove delivery  to win a refund

Two points,

 

If the shoes were as you say, 'Genuine', What's the listing title all about..?

 

And also, Why did you 'neg' the buyer when this is obviously not an option..?

Returned items should be returned in the same condition that you sent them.

 

If you think the item has been damaged by the buyer you are within your right to refuse a refund.

 

If they escalate the case you will have your chance to put your case forward.

 

It could be a case of your word against theirs and eBay are will known for taking the buyers side.
