Ebay and Paypal without warning deducted all my sold +postage money because buyer said not as described not working.Ihave recieved item back working great but lost out about £25.00.I believe buyer lied and with the help of Ebay/Paypal.have conned me and lost my good name. they wont help or reply,I recieved item back yesterday,and this company say cased closed.I COULD DO WITH GOOD ADVICE, THIS IS SO WRONG. SELLERS BEWARE.

You can go back to the resolution centre and appeal the decision if you wish.

There is also the option now to report a buyer who abuses the system

You can appeal if you  like but don't count on anything changing. Very few appeals succeed.

 

This is not a level playing field. EBay puts buyers first and takes their word against the seller's. As a result buyers win almost all disputes. The fact that eBay decides the case before even hearing the seller's side should tell you that it has nothing to do with fairness.

 

In the user agreement you agreed to accept eBay's sole decision in all disputes. Bay is unregulated so they are accountable to no-one. They want to keep buyers happy and they can - and do - treat sellers as they like.
