I listed an iphone that was almost new and stated it was unlocked,i'm quite sure it was.It sold and the buyer over 2 month's later now wants a full refund. Do i have to refund her and can she leave me negative feedback or open a dispute? I have told her to send it back to me to have checked before i would even consider that or buy a sim card that is compatible. Am i right???

they are having a laugh. Buyers have 45 days to open a dispute and 60 days to leave feedback.

After 2 months they have left it too late to open a case, or leave feedback, you don't need to do anything.
