sold a CD Rom included all details, info and Nielsen listing, ISBN numbers. Buyer wants a refund noe because it is old software that doesn't run on her computer--- I included publishing dates and ISBN numbers  the info so I assumed the seller would check that it was comatible with their system. When she first contacted me I asked a techy friend for advice and passed on his suggestions, the buyer was not interested and just wants a refund,  I'm looking for advice

Just ask the buyer to return it to you for a full refund.  Do not refund until you have it back.  You are not liable for the return p&p either.

If the buyer opens a case, eBay will tell her to return it at her expense.
