all i did was click 'give refund' and i thought it would just inform her that i agreed to a refund, but it went on to process the refund. she hasnt sent the items back but i cant contact ebay ???

Too late, having got a refund buyer has no incentive to return now. Nothing Ebay can do.

It says "Give Refund" not "Agree to Refund"

 

THe clue is in the word "Give".

 

As you've now given her the money back, she has no incentive to return the goods.

 

I'm not sure how you resolve this othe than going through something like moneyclaimsonline

 

No doubt some other kind soul will be able to advise you better.

As you are probably realising you should never refund before you recieve your items back as the buyer then has no incentive to return them

 

There is nothing you can do to make them.

 

It is a hard lesson and a pity there are some very dishonest people out there that take advantage.

ebay will do nothing to help

Regrettably some buyers will take advantage of any mistake by their seller to keep something for nothing. I do hope that this won't be yet another case. Happily in my experience dishonest buyers are substantially outnumbered by honest ones!

 

You won't get any support from eBay.
