seller dash board problems
Oct 21, 2012 07:42 PM

I have been looking at my statistics on my dashboard and have found that I have a 1 score for item as described . I am upset that I have an unhappy customer and would like to put things right as well as if possible change my % figure.

Is there a way to identify the unhappy customer ?

Surely there must be a chance to have your say to rectify any problem ?

Also I have had an unpaid item dispute going on for a while now as a result of a seller not giving paypal the correct details ie email not confirmed.  I have paid twice now and the payment won't go through and on advice have cancelled the payment. How can I make sure this is not recorded against me

Detailed Seller Ratings are strictly anonymous.

Even if you manage to identify the culprit you would get into serious trouble if you contacted them.

As for the unpaid item dispute you will just have to let it runs its course.

You can then appeal the unpaid item strike by providing details of the paypal transaction.

As above the DSRs are annonymous. However I would look at Oct 3rd.

I think that you'll find that eBay will remove the feedback and associated DSRs when they're doing their next purge of DSR ratings conflicting with feedback.

Before leaving a 1 rating, the buyer should've got in touch with you.

You could try phoning eBay CS tomorrow and asking them to remove it, I couldn't tell you what the outcome would be though.
