Unfortunately you can't but if your a cannabis user or inject drugs you are very well catered for. Equipment for all types of illegal drugs are available but legal equipment for people trying to quit smoking has been banned. I put down to ignorance and stupidity.Why don't you sell class A or B drug paraphernalia, they allow that.
