You can't.

You wont be able to make previous sold items or the feedback private, you can only do this the next time you list, you need to tick the box to make the listing private

Bear in mind that private listings are generally used for items of an adult or sensitive nature, and can put buyers off

List your items as private. The option is on the advanced sell form.

There are other ways to see what you have been selling and how much for, other than just feedback.

Private listings are intended for adult only and personal items. Some buyers may wonder what you are hiding and avoid your listings.

Suggest you try and improve your dispatch time. Your star rating is well below the ebay minimum of 4.7. Ebay close accounts with ratings this low.

5 days for dispatch is a long time. Buyers expect same or next day. When they fill in the star ratings they are asked how quickly did you dispatch. Nothing to do with your estimated dispatch date.

You seem to have forgotten to register as a business seller, it would be advisable to see to that.

yes i do intend to register as a business,

as soon as i have more products,

over the last year n half iv sold many but the buyers dont want to leave feedback, for some reason,

i cant make them leave feedback can i ?

thats why my rating is low, and im penalised on the number items i can sell

You get a much higher listing allowance if you are registered as a business.

Ebay don't care if you sell 1 product or 1,000 products. If they are bought in or made to be sold at a profit then you have to register as a business.

I have seen a case of an old lady who knitted dolls clothes out of scraps of wool. They made her register as a business.

Never ever message buyers about feedback. It is voluntary. I have seen negative feedback left when a buyer felt they were being hounded.

If you put an invoice or delivery note in with your items then put a reminder at the bottom of that.
