Click on the link below and have a read at eBay's policy on feedback.

If it is judged to be inappropriate it could be removed.

Hi,

You can't remove it yourself.  You could send the buyer a feedback revision form and ask if he would consider revising the feedback, but having read the feedback I think he would be unlikely to do so.

You can only send so many revisions a year, so it's something you'd need to think over.

Did he contact you before leaving the feedback, and if so, did you try to resolve the problem?

It may not be too late to resolve the problem, if you ask if he would like to return the item for a full refund.

This would not guarantee he'd revise the feedback though, sorry.

Hi loulou-0774,

Very good advice above regarding the neg you received however -

If it's one of the false positives you left for your non-paying buyers these are policy violations and can seriously damage your account. The only way to get them removed is by reporting them.

Also, if one of them does pay then they can point-out that you 'lied' in your feedback.

If you do not open non-payment disputes you really must do so in the future as you end up paying more fees when you sell the item again.

Leaving a green dot for a non-payer is formally signifying that you found not getting paid a positive experience!

Good luck.

Leaving a "false positive" for a buyer is irresponsible. It achieves nothing except an increase in the buyers perfect score and does all other sellers a dissservice

Just had a look at you DSRS - I don't think you'll need to be worrying about feedback for much longer.
