Listing fees are non-refundable BUT if you relist and the item sells on the second attempt then you'll get back one set of instertion fees.

Downside is if it doesn't then you'll lose both lots.

If you re-list on auction again, then you may qualify for a re-listing fee credit if your item sells this time.

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/insertion-fee-credit.html

Reserve fees do not qualify and are paid if the item sells or not.

If you list as a buy it now this time then you will have to pay the £18.00 from last time and whatever it costs this time.

I really would suggest that you use a classified ad to list your car.

It's £14.99 for 28 days.

Yes and the reserve you placed is non refundable. If you list agin and it sells you will get one lot of basic insertion fees credited back.

Your best selling in classified add format, you pay a basic insertion fee of £14.99 for 28 days, and no fvf fee, youchose your buyer and payment method and no disputes can be raised.
