Hi I had to do a refund which they have received. Ebay say that I have to email them to ask them to cancel also at there end> I dont know what they have to do and also they have asked me how?.IF they dont cancel Ebay will charge me for selling. Do I have to do anything else so ebay dont charge me.

You have to send a cancellation request.

Buyer has to either agree or ignore for 7 days so that you get your fees back.

Tell the buyer you are sending it and assure them it does not impact on their account in any way. The request looks a little daunting.
