You can use advanced search to find the buyer,see "HERE"

 

If you have been in a transaction with him on ebay then you should be able to get his phone number from ebay,see here,

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/ebayadvsearch?_sofindtype=9 they will get a copy of your contact details to

You can also find his address and possibly phone number in the details on the Sold items - on the right hand side underneath More Actions you can select View Order Details and the information will be there.

He certainly exists as I have just found him by doing an advanced search by bidder. When I clicked on his name I found the usual options, including 'Contact member'.

 

You shouldn't have any problems getting hold of him.

I've just noticed that you ended the sale due to the item 'no longer being available' - you won't be able to recieve any help through ebay or paypal if you've sold outside of ebay.
