How to process refund to buyer after 3 months

Hi, Buyer returned item after purchase, however we as seller forgot to process refund. This transaction is 3 months old. Now buyer wants refund and as transaction is old we cant process refund through paypal. How to refund to buyer. Any suggestions.

buy go to the paypal transaction and there is a refund button there.

if not then make a gift payment then there is no charge to the buyer

Hi,

 

The 'refund' link is only available for 60 days.

 

Therefore, as advised above, you can use the 'send money' tab to reimburse the buyer.  If you make it a personal/gift payment and you have the funds in your account they won't incur a fee to receive.  If you need to use a card, then you should be able to select to pay the fees from your end.
