if you now want to sell the car you bought in March you would be much better off taking your own pictures to show it as it is now.

If you do want to use your seller's photos you would need to contact them and ask them for permission (they could also email you those you would like).

As said before: much better to take your own pics.

The car you are selling is the same physical car that you bought in March but it now has 7 months more use so it would not be fair to potential buyers to use old pics. It could come back and bite you on the proverbial.

Besides, the eBay database is cleared after 90 days so they will not be available any more.

Ebay only keep descriptions and photos available for 90 days, so the only way that you might get the photos is to contact the original seller.

However, the condition of the car will possibly have altered in the months that you have had it so, as suggested above, it's probably better to take your own photos.
