HI,

If they have purchased from you before with no problems, then I wouldn't anticipate further issues.  At least they have contacted you to let you know - which is more than some would do.

If a buyer has a card registered with PayPal it acts as 'backup funding' and makes payments through thier bank instant.  If no card, then it will be an eCheque which will take up to 10 days to clear into your account.

Buyers have 4 days from listing end to pay for items before you can open a dispute and you can't close for a further 4 days.  Some sellers open when time allows, others may wait a few extra days.  I don't usually open until  day 6/7 and if a buyer was to contact me to let me know of problems, I'd be happy to wait.

As long as you meet ALL the criteria for Seller Protection then you should be o.k.

Your listings do not end yet so it is not possible that she has bought them.....she is the highest bidder.

She obviously is not in a position to pay so if possible cancel her bids....then block her.

It might be a genuine reason .....she may have lost her card....who knows but you really don't want to be on the position of being stuck with these items and a non paying bidder.

You can open an unpaid item dispute between the end of day 4 of non payment and the end of day 32.

If you want to give them more time it is up to you.

Usually if a buyer hasn't paid within the first week they are not going to.

You can open a dispute through the resolution centre - click the link below for details.

BTW have you checked their feedback/history.

Although sellers shouldn't leave neg comments, some do!

If I'm looking at correct buyer via your feedback page, then they are avid a collector of Harry Potter items.

There are a couple of neg comments - but not for HP items.
