Listings can take a few hours to go live, a little longer if they're what ebay consider to be 'designer' brands.

 

As long as they are in your ebay summary page, under active items, they're in the queue waiting to go live.

Your item already has 1 bid, so its definitely live.

 

Are you 100% certain these headphones are genuine? If not, you shouldnt list them. Dr Dre headphones are one of the most faked items on ebay.
