My buyer said her packet was recieved but empty. I resent item at my own cost and she emailed me to say she had recieved. I opened a case with ebay and sent a feedback revision form but the buyer did not respond. How do I get the neg feedback removed?

Not sure what case you opened with e bay, as a seller the only one you can is for non payment.

Both your negative feedbacks do not breach any e bay rules, so only option is to try & sort with buyers & send feedback revision request, but as you have found they don't have to agree.

You also need to register as a business, which from your listings show you are making jewellry to sell.

For future reference, if you didn't do so, it's best to contact buyers in advance of sending the feedback request as they only have 10 days to respond.

 

They are not obliged to change it.
