 60 days

 

 45 days for a dispute

You can leave feedback immediately after a transaction, but if the item has been bought from a Powerseller, you'd need to wait 7 days before being able to leave feedback.

 

You have 60 days within which to leave feedback, so don't jump the gun here. Try and sort the problem out with your seller, leaving feedback should be the very last thing you do.
