Hi,

 

If you mean on ebay, I wasn't aware there was a limit for storage.  There's a help page here about adding photos:

Have you checked that you don't have selling limits on your account?  You don't appear to have sold for a while so ebay may consider you are a new seller.  In which case you are usually limited to 10 items per month or up to a certain value:

It was when I went to upload my pic it said sorry you have run out of storage.?

Hi. Have you tried the good old clear cache and cookies trick or a complete reboot. It could be your computer has run out of temporary storage space(cache) although ebay has been plauged with pic loading problems lately.
