the reason the payment is not going through is that you have a faulty email address entered on the sell page when you list
possible you you are still using the email address for you original account on the sell form
you need to enter the email address of the new account
the buyer has a cancel button at their end
they can remake payment using the send money tab for goods in paypal entering item number and and seller in the message box
please do not blame AC respinders for your own mistakes
